Some customers may see inaccurate data for some products on the account usage page for 8/28 and 9/4. This inaccuracy is visual and will not impact your billing negatively.

We are aware that some customers are seeing a false increase reported on the subscription usage chart for 8/28 and incorrectly lower on 9/4. This inaccuracy is visible in APM, Synthetics and Infrastructure usage reports. We have identified the cause of this problem and will correct the data for 8/28, but the data under-reported for 9/4 cannot be corrected. Your subscription usage for these three products will be correct for August and slightly lower than expected for September. We will ensure that data used for pricing will be correct, or for the case on 9/4 will be in your favor.
