We have worked through the backlog and alerts are now arriving on time. Network connectivity continues to be stable.
The network issues have been resolved, although some customers could see brief data gaps between 1 and 3pm PST. We are monitoring the situation but expect our network connectivity to remain stable. As a result of the outages, there is a significant backlog of alerts that we are currently working through. Customers can expect alerts to be delayed.
We are also investigating interruptions in data collection, resulting from the network issue, that could result in data loss and incorrect alerts for some customers.
We experienced two significant network drops from one of our upstream providers between 1 and 2 pm PST. Normal service has resumed but as a precaution we are removing them from our provider pool. We are continuing to monitor the situation and are in contact with the network vendor.
