Resolved - Between 09:00 January 17th and 01:32 January 19th UTC, some customers experienced missing Mobile data and related alert notifications. Data will not be recovered.

We’ve resolved the issue with UI and alerts for Mobile in the US and EU regions. Services have returned to their normal operation.
