Between 18:18 UTC on September 18, 2018 and 03:00 UTC on September 19, 2018 some customers may have experienced irregularities in charts, and timeouts on Insights queries and dashboards. Infrastructure alert notifications may have been delayed.

Resolved - Between 22:15 UTC and 23:45 UTC, customers may have noticed irregularities in Insights query results and dashboards for recent transaction events. Impacted customers can expect no lasting impact as a result of this issue.

If there was an alertable NRQL condition based on a custom event during this timeframe, the alert notification may have resulted in a false alert.

Infrastructure customers may receive “host not reporting” alerts even though their servers are up and reporting successfully. Infrastructure customers who receive “host not reporting” alerts are advised to confirm that their servers are functioning properly.

Resolved - We have identified an issue with the New Relic APM Agent SDK that results in errors when trying to re-connect to New Relic. As of 18:39 UTC, this issue has been resolved and APM Agent SDK has returned to normal operation.
