Resolved - As of 19:35 UTC APM agents are able to connect to New Relic.

Between 16:17-19:35 UTC some customer’s agents were unable to connect. For those impacted customers, charts will show gaps in data until the time that the agents reconnect and data collection resumes.

We are encouraging customers to verify that all of their agents are reporting correctly. Some agents may require a manual restart to resume sending data.
