Delays in Synthetics Checks and X-Ray data in Distributed Tracing

Between 21:24 and 22:02 UTC, some customers experienced a delay in checks and an increase in errors for Synthetics as well as chart irregularities in Distributed Tracing related to AWS access in the sa-east-1 region.

Access is restored to the AWS platform in the AWS sa-east-1 region. Services have returned to their normal operation.
