Between 8:30 UTC and 08:52 UTC on January 12th, some customers in the US and EU regions may have experienced latency in data ingest and missing and/or delayed alert notifications for related data. Data will not be recovered.
We identified a service interruption with an upstream cloud provider which has since been resolved and services have returned to normal operation.
