Errors Inbox Alerts Delays/Unavailable for US Region
Incident Report for New Relic
Between 3:15 am and 4:14 am August 16th, 2021 UTC, some customers may have experienced alerts/notifications or data not populating in the Errors Inbox product. All errors are still available in the APM product but alerts built around Errors Inbox may not have triggered for some customers.

We’ve resolved the issue with Errors Inbox in the US region. Services have returned to their normal operation.
