From approximately 20:30 UTC to 21:19 UTC on January 26th, some customers in the EU region may have experienced delayed data ingest and delayed and/or missing alert notifications. To prevent our customers from receiving a high volume of falsely triggered positive alert notifications during this interruption, alerts were temporarily suppressed for applicable customers during this period. We have investigated and resolved this service interruption and impacted services have returned to normal operation.
