Between 16:00 UTC and 17:30 UTC on April 20th, some customers in the US region may have experienced delayed data ingest for some Browser data including PageView, JavaScript errors, and timeslice data. Customers may have also experienced delayed or missing alert notifications for these data types.

We investigated and resolved this service interruption and impacted services have returned to normal operation.
