Data Ingest Irregularities for US/EU Regions

Between 17:01 and 17:11 UTC, some customers in the US and EU regions may have encountered an issue with data ingest. Due to this, customers may have received false alert notifications and some data will not be recovered, depending on client-side retry settings.

The issue with data ingest has been resolved and services have returned to their normal operation.
