Data and Alert Irregularities in the US Region

Resolved
Between 22:00 UTC October 10 and 00:55 October 11 UTC, some customers experienced irregularities in query results and dashboards. Notifications were impacted for some customers between 00:05 UTC and 00:55 October 11 UTC.
We’ve resolved the issue in the US region. Services have returned to their normal operation.

Investigating
Some customers in the US region may be experiencing delayed data in queries, charts, and dashboards as well as delayed or missing alert notifications for related data.

We have identified an issue with Alerts in the US region that may cause false-positive alert notifications. To reduce noise, alert notifications are being temporarily suppressed for applicable customers. We are working to resolve the underlying issue and will re-enable alert notifications upon resolution.
