Irregularities in Charts and Alerts in US Region
Incident Report for New Relic
Between 21:36 and 22:11 UTC, August 17th, some customers experienced HTTP 503 errors and disconnects for APM, Infrastructure, Lambda, and Cloud Monitoring. Alert notifications were impacted during this time and data will not be recovered.

We’ve resolved the issue with UI and Alerts in the US Region for impacted products. Services have returned to their normal operation.
