Alert Irregularities in US Region
Incident Report for New Relic
Between 16:51 UTC and 17:21 UTC on August 18th, some customers in the US region may have experienced delayed or missing alert notifications for all data sources. To prevent our customers from receiving a high volume of false-positive alert notifications during this interruption, alerts were temporarily suppressed for applicable customers between 16:58 UTC and 17:21 UTC.

We have investigated and resolved this service interruption and impacted services have returned to normal operations.

We're seeing some improvement for alert notifications and are continuing to monitor as impacted services recover. Some customers may continue to experience some delayed or missing alert notifications as services return to normal operation.
