Between 18:21 UTC and 18:38 UTC on March 19, some customers in the US region may have experienced an issue with charts and alerts in the Browser Agent.
To prevent our customers from receiving a high volume of falsely triggered positive alert notifications during this interruption, alerts were temporarily suppressed for applicable customers between 18:27 UTC and 18:38 UTC.
We have investigated and resolved this service interruption and impacted services have returned to normal operations.
