Between 17:44 UTC and 18:24 UTC on March 7th, some customers in the US region may have experienced delayed or missing alert notifications. We resolved this service interruption and impacted services have returned to normal operations.

We are seeing the recovery of services related to alerting and have disabled alert suppression for affected customers. Some customers may still see some delayed alert notifications while services continue to recover.

Update

We are investigating delayed alert notifications for some customers in the US region. To prevent our customers from receiving a high volume of falsely triggered positive alert notifications during this interruption, alerts are temporarily suppressed for these customers.
