Between 22:05 and 01:07 UTC, some customers experienced an unavailability of the UI, missed or delayed alert notifications, and gaps in charts. Data will not be recovered.

We’ve resolved the issue with UI and/or alerts for All products in the EU region. Services have returned to their normal operation.

We have identified the issue with a 3rd party Cloud Host Provider that is impacting New Relic availability in the EU Region. Notifications are impacted for some customers. We’re working to resolve it.
