Alert Notification Irregularities in the US Region
Incident Report for New Relic
Between 14:48 UTC and 15:13 UTC on March 7th, some customers in the US region may have experienced delayed or missing alert notifications. We resolved this service interruption and impacted services have returned to normal operations.

We are seeing recovery of underlying services and some alert processing is successful.

To prevent our customers from receiving a high volume of falsely triggered positive alert notifications during this interruption, alerts are temporarily suppressed for some customers in the US region. We are investigating this issue and will provide an update shortly.
