Between 21:10 and 21:37 UTC Friday, July 17th, customers experienced issues accessing New Relic, as well as Alert and UI irregularities. Data will not be recovered.
We’ve resolved the issue with New Relic UI and Alerts in the US Region. Services have returned to their normal operation.
