Resolved
Between 11:07 and 14:46 UTC, all EU customers were unable to access all New Relic products. Between 11:07 and 17:00 UTC, all EU customers were unable to access Browser products.

We’ve resolved the issue preventing access for EU customers to New Relic products. Services have returned to their normal operation.
Alert notifications were impacted for all customers in the EU region between 11:43 and 16:03 UTC. Browser alert notifications were impacted for all customers between 11:43 and 17:00 UTC. Data will not be recovered.

Alert notifications are now recovering for all products in the EU region except the Browser product. We are continuing to work on resolving issues impacting the Browser product.
