Between 19:30 and 02:05 UTC, some customers experienced failure to load the New Relic UI, gaps in data & charts, and API failures. Notifications were impacted for some customers between 20:04 and 02:17 UTC.
We’ve resolved the issue with UI and API in the EU region. Services have returned to their normal operation.
