Between 18:50 and 20:50 UTC, some customers experienced lagged or missing data from their Kinesis Data Export.

We’ve resolved the issue with Data Export via Kinesis in the US region. Services have returned to their normal operation.

We have identified the issue with Data Export via Kinesis for New Relic data in the US region. New Relic data collection is not impacted. We’re working to resolve the issue.
